Natural good taste is the secret of the European Breads success. We opened our bakery in 2001 with the goal of bringing to Canada the amazing breads we had tested in Europe.
We use natural process, artisan methods and authentic ingredients to make our breads and pastries. All our products are made hand and baked using recipes and techniques perfected over centuries.
